Advocates urge new approach in Md. county on feral-cat management

Cat advocates in Maryland's Baltimore County are calling on county officials to follow the city of Baltimore's approach on managing feral cats and allow area volunteers to adopt the trap-neuter-return approach. The AVMA approves of methods to resolve the issue of feral cats but does not have a stance on managing cat colonies.
