AGC: Construction sector sees second month of job growth in April

Jobs in the construction industry rose by 14,000 in April, the second consecutive month of gains, according to the Associated General Contractors of America. So far this year, about 40,000 jobs have been added in the building sector. "The impacts of the stimulus are now being felt across a much broader section of the contruction industry," said Ken Simonson, AGC chief economist.
