California airport completes 10-item safety upgrade

California's Corona Municipal Airport has all but finished implementing a list of safety upgrades stemming from a fatal midair collision in 2008. With three such accidents in a decade, the Mayor's Task Force on Aviation Safety called for better signage, more safety seminars, FAA-reviewed flight paths and more. The FAA is providing funding for some technology upgrades, though funding for a $3.7 million tower has yet to be secured.
