Entrepreneurs plant seeds of growth at farmers markets

Farmers markets can be a great way for small-business owners to market test a concept or new product without committing the overhead needed to open a traditional store. But, as the green movement continues, farmers markets have grown increasingly difficult for new vendors to break into, and some have waiting lists more than a year long.
