Macy's aims to attract tourists through new website

Macy's has launched VisitMacysUSA.com, a website that will publish in eight languages and contain content aimed at positioning itself as a destination for international tourists. Big-city flagship stores will be featured prominently on the site, which will also offer tips on local dining and events. "We have always had visitor services at these stores, but now have found a new way to talk with tourists by putting them online," said spokesman Orlando Veras.
