Procter & Gamble sprang into action after mainstream media began reporting that the Consumer Product Safety Commission was investigating parent complaints that Dry Max diapers cause rashes. The company granted two lengthy local TV interviews and issued a statement that the complaints were "completely false rumors" from "a small group of parents."
