Shake Weight workout may not live up to its expectations

The Shake Weight, which uses a dumbbell-shaped device with spring-loaded weights in each end, is being hyped as a complete upper-body workout in just six minutes a day. However, David Swain, a professor of exercise science at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va., says it isn't an exercise breakthrough and the claims are "unrealistic."
