A new ultra-efficient car has a fuel tank the size of a can of soda -- and can travel well over 50 miles without topping up. The plastic-wrapped, coffin-shaped lowrider is the British entry in a European eco-marathon competition, in which winning vehicles must demonstrate a fuel-efficiency rating of well over 10,000 mpg.
