Animal advocates create PACs to support like-minded candidates

Animal advocates in Maryland and Delaware have created political action committees that will support candidates who share their passion for improving animals' lives. Delaware Votes for Animals formed in January to focus on key issues including writing tougher laws against chaining dogs and moving to outlaw the sale of puppies at flea markets and similar venues.
