Europe's dry weather raises concern for rapeseed production

Rainfall is well below normal in Germany and France, which is leading to low soil-moisture levels and might weaken yields for rapeseed and other crops, analysts say. In Germany, "for rapeseed, people are now expecting a big cut in crop estimates in coming weeks," a trader said, while an analyst said the continent's rapeseed crop has reached an "important tipping point."
