Video games can complement regular exercise, survey shows

In a survey backed by UnitedHealth Group, 70% of adults said video game exercise can complement traditional workouts and 75% said games should encourage physical activity. The poll found 54% of respondents said games that feature physical activity would prompt them to be more active and 60% of the adults who had children at home said children should play active video games in addition to traditional exercise.
