GA deliveries were up worldwide in Q1, says GAMA

Data recently released by the General Aviation Manufacturers Association show that the total number of deliveries of general aviation aircraft rose in the first quarter of 2013 by 9.6%. Kansas manufacturers produced 32% of the airplanes delivered. In a statement, GAMA president and CEO Pete Bunce said, "We are very pleased to see a shift to the positive for GA airplanes, which extends across all airplane segments, for the first quarter of 2013."
