NGA chairman touts jobs initiative for people with disabilities

National Governors Association Chairman and Delaware Gov. Jack Markell was in Pittsburgh last week to talk about his idea of having state governments and businesses work together to create job opportunities for people with disabilities. He highlighted the Delaware Employment First Act, which requires state agencies that serve people with disabilities to make finding jobs for them a primary focus.
