Unseasonable weather led to a late start on spring projects for lawn and landscape businesses in South Dakota and Minnesota. Crews at the Scotts LawnService in Sioux Falls, S.D., are now scrambling to put down grass seed to revive lawns after a drought, said owner Ryan Anderson.
