YPB&R survey predicts growth in business travel services

Yesawich, Pepperdine, Brown & Russell's 2005 National Business Travel Monitor found that 42% of business travelers plan to take more work-related trips this year despite a growing shift toward using technology to cut back on the need for travel. The survey also found that 74% of business travelers prefer to stay at a hotel with 300 rooms or fewer and that a growing number are interested in hotels not affiliated with lodging chains.
