The nearly 20-year project to rebuild the Woodrow Wilson Bridge in Washington, D.C., hits a milestone next week as the first two spans of the new bridge open. Ceremonies to mark the event will include a 1,000-person gala, a fly-over by the Navy's Blue Angels and the music of the U.S. Air Force Band.
