Miami event showcases hot Hispanic food market

With research showing U.S. Hispanics spend 43% more on groceries than non-Hispanics, marketers of mainstream and specialty products are flocking to the second Fispal "Taste Latino" food fair this week in Miami. The event is expected to draw about 260 exhibitors, who will showcase 11,000 products to executives from food and beverage, retail and agricultural companies, as well as the public.
