Connecticut: Second justice bows out of same-sex marriage case

William J. Sullivan has become the second Connecticut justice to remove himself from a landmark same-sex marriage case. Elizabeth Kerrigan and her partner, Joanne Mock, are suing the state, arguing that they are entitled to a marriage license under the terms of the state constitution.
