Debate continues over Dallas park project

So many changes have been made to the Trinity River Corridor Project in Dallas since it was first approved by voters in 1998 that the current project no longer resembles what voters originally approved, some city officials say. One city council member is particularly upset about plans to transform a divided highway into a high-speed toll road that would give motorists no access to the river park and lakes.
