Biofuels industry unhappy with EPA regulations on new ethanol plants

The biofuels industry is working to convince the EPA to scale back its conclusion that biofuels, though intended to help the environment, may wind up hurting it by causing deforestation. Under the EPA's revised regulations, existing ethanol plants would be allowed to keep operating, but new plants would be in question.
