Frank, Democrats raise questions on TALF in letter

House of Representatives Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank, D-Mass., and 10 other Democrats are questioning the Federal Reserve's Term Asset-backed Securities Loan Facility, or TALF. "We have some questions and concerns regarding the implementation of this program," the group said in a letter to Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke. The lawmakers are questioning the low amount of loans TALF has disbursed thus far.
