Huntsman sees Q1 loss while CEO points to signs of recovery

Huntsman Corp. reported a net loss of $290 million, or $1.24 per share, in the first quarter, compared with a profit of $7 million, or 3 cents per share, in the same quarter a year ago. The company's CEO, Peter Huntsman, said there are signs such as plateauing of costs that say recovery is on the way.
