PepsiCo's "digital marketing guru" talks about social media

Bonin Bough, hired last fall to head social media for PepsiCo, uses Twitter, blogs and YouTube to create conversations and interest. His efforts have included a "Dear Mr. President" video campaign for Pepsi and a new online women's community for Trop50 called "The Juice."
