Do your permanent workers resent the temps?

Full-time workers are less happy when they have to work with temporary employees, often because they must take time away from their work to constantly train these workers, a University of Arizona report says. Managers can help alleviate such resentment by providing more social interactions between permanent and temporary workers, something that can help workers mesh as a team, researchers say.
