Next attempt: BP to try to seal well with shed-like structure

After the four-story containment dome didn't seal the spill, BP is now working on a sort of "top hat" -- a structure the size of a shed that could seal the leak. BP suggested the smaller size could prevent the formation of slush that clogged the cofferdam and kept it from sealing to the sea floor.
