Oak Park Heights, Minn., gets sustainable City Hall

The new City Hall in Oak Park Heights, Minn., is a model of green design, city officials say. The $6.5 million project features motion-activated lighting, geothermal heating and a sophisticated heat-recovery system. Fittings and materials from the city's previous City Hall will be re-purposed for use by local municipalities and school districts.
