Businesses are beginning to envision growth again, and the first step to take with limited resources should be to hire great sales managers who can boost the performance of the entire sales team, writes Dave Kahle. He cites a Wilson Learning Worldwide study that showed that teams under the direction of a highly skilled sales manager reported 29% higher revenue and 47% higher employee satisfaction.
