Small businesses are still left out of nation's job recovery

The overall U.S. job market strengthened again in April, according to a Conference Board index, but small-business hiring continued to falter, a National Federation of Independent Business survey found. For more than two years, small businesses have shed more than or the same number of jobs as they created, according to the NFIB survey.
