What you should know about coaching teachers

Such positions require educators enjoy working with adults and understanding that adults learn differently than children, Aguilar writes. She also disagrees with the view that coaching is "easier than teaching," and explains the challenges of undefined roles and long workdays. However, she writes that "coaching a teacher or leader can be incredibly rewarding."
