Americans get just half of recommended exercise, study says

U.S. census data show American adults on average spend two hours each week on sports and fitness activities, about half as much as is recommended, researchers reported. The study showed walking was the most popular activity, with 5% of people walking 53 minutes, while basketball was the most popular sport.
