Facebook rolls out new targeting tool

Facebook is combining demographics, page likes, location, purchases and other data to give marketers a sharper picture of the audiences they seek with its new Audience Insights program. But the social network stresses that the information provided pertains to anonymous groups of consumers and keeps personal information private.
