GAO says school lunches are becoming healthier

The General Accounting Office found that school lunches are healthier and more nutritious than they were a decade ago, but they are still too high in fat. A USDA spokeswoman reiterated the government's aim to use the school lunch program to "change the [unhealthy] eating behaviors of children."
