Federal judge strikes down fees on California's out-of-state milk

A federal judge overturned a California milk-pricing rule brought by Arizona and Nevada dairy farmers, declaring the fees imposed on sales by out-of-state producers unconstitutional and benefiting only California milk producers. According to California's Department of Food and Agriculture, the state will appeal the ruling.
