Wisconsin agency uses hotline to promote Plan B pill

Wisconsin is using a toll-free health hotline of the state's family planning clinics to advise women of the availability of the Plan B emergency contraception pill the FDA declined to make available over-the-counter. The Wisconsin Family Planning and Reproductive Health Association also plans to conduct an education campaign about the drug.
