FDA warns of problems with blood-glucose monitors

The Food and Drug Administration is warning that several blood-glucose testing systems made by Johnson & Johnson for people with diabetes have problems that could cause users to misinterpret their blood-glucose results. Johnson & Johnson's unit, LifeScan, said it would temporarily stop shipments of the OneTouch Ultra, InDuo and OneTouch FastTake meters and notify patients who have used the monitor.
