Miller keeps media duties at Starcom USA

Miller Brewing Co. has opted to retain longtime incumbent Publicis Groupe's Starcom USA for its estimated $240 million media account, following a review. Starcom, which has held the account for 10 years, bested finalist Aegis Group's Carat; WPP Group's MindShare was dropped from the review in April.
