Cleveland Clinic may proceed with facility construction, EPA says

The EPA will allow the Cleveland Clinic to build a new facility on 4,300 feet of streams and more than three acres of wetlands in Twinsburg, Ohio. In its decision, the EPA said the clinic's revised plans will not impact the high-quality streams and wetlands. Meanwhile, economic pressures have forced the clinic to postpone construction.
