Health reform law to exceed $1 trillion, CBO says

The Congressional Budget Office announced that discretionary spending for health reform will likely cost $115 billion more than previously estimated, making total spending on the law higher than $1 trillion over 10 years. Congress may decide to spend less, and it would still have to comply with the Obama administration's nonsecurity discretionary spending freeze, the CBO said.
