Nokia tries to simplify the company in its latest reorg

For the second time in less than a year, Nokia has overhauled its corporate structure, splitting into three units in a move that puts its Ovi services in the same division as its Symbian and MeeGo operating systems, the cell phone maker said Tuesday. The company also lost the head of its mobile unit, Rick Simonson, who resigned citing personal reasons.
