Pet-free New Yorkers covet others' pups

Like couples who aren't ready to reproduce but can't help cooing at every baby they see, a swath of New York's pet-free singles and pairs drool over the cute antics of other peoples' pups and schedule regular trips to the dog park to watch them play. "I want a dog, but I just can't take care of one," says "dogler" Cassey Ho. "I work all day, and it wouldn't be fair to the dog."
