Researchers see inconsistencies in food allergy studies

Scientists who reviewed 72 studies of food allergies found inconsistent information related to frequency, diagnosis and treatment. The authors say between 1% and 10% of the U.S. population suffers from food allergies, but they could not determine whether the prevalence is increasing.
