Survey: Consumers will eat out more, but spend less

While diners will continue to eat out with greater frequency, they expect to pay less per meal than before, according to a new survey by AlixPartners. Restaurant-goers also say they will now take better advantage of coupons and select cheaper places to eat, although an expectation of high quality still exists.
