Tiny bottles put wine-tasting business on track

Tim Bucher needed 50-milliliter bottles for TastingRoom.com, a business allowing customers to taste wines before buying full-sized bottles. But wine ages more quickly in smaller bottles, so he worked with the University of California, Davis, on a system that transfers the wine from large bottles to small ones in a room "that has perfect atmosphere and no oxygen," he explained.
