Is dyslexia a boon for bosses?

Up to a third of entrepreneurs are dyslexic, studies suggest, and some of the world's top businessmen -- such as Henry Ford, Charles Schwab and Richard Branson -- have dyslexia in common. No one knows why so many business leaders are dyslexic. It's been suggested that learning to circumvent or overcome disadvantages makes people more resilient and more determined to succeed on their own terms.
