99% of travelers carry an electronic device, study shows

A new study released by APEX and the Consumer Electronics Association showed that 99% of adult fliers carry at least one portable electronic device with them while traveling. Seven in 10 of them use their devices during a flight. "This study showed us that most travelers are using their PEDs as often as possible while traveling, and many would like even more opportunities to use their devices," said Russell Lemieux, APEX executive director.
