CBA's Bradshaw: Unemployment hinders student-loan repayments

The main hurdle for young Americans struggling to repay their student-loan debt is a lack of jobs, says Pace Bradshaw, CBA's vice president of congressional affairs. He says CBA is focused on discussing ways that young borrowers could have more options to repay their loans during a three-year period after graduation to avoid default and the consequences that come with it.
