Congress' suspension of the debt limit expires Saturday, leaving Republicans looking for ways to cut spending. Some say the GOP could tie a debt-limit increase to tax-reform measures. Meanwhile, business groups are hoping to avoid a repeat of past debt-limit showdowns. "We're in favor of raising the debt limit," said Scott Talbott, senior vice president for public policy at The Financial Services Roundtable.
