Economists see slower U.S. growth in 2nd and 3rd quarters

The U.S. economy should grow at a 1.8% annual rate this quarter, down from a previously estimated 2.3%, according to a quarterly survey of economists from the Philadelphia Federal Reserve. The outlook for the third quarter was cut to 2.3% from the earlier 2.6% estimate.
