Workplace support may help protect against diabetes

People who reported strong social support from their co-workers had a lower risk of developing diabetes over 3.5 years than those who did not feel supported, a study in the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology revealed. Researchers also noted a higher diabetes risk in those who said they were either overworked or underworked.
