7 urban park projects with potential to transform Chicago

Chicago this year is working on a number of parks projects that could boost the city's green reputation and establish biking and recreation opportunities for residents, according to the Chicago Advocate. The first project expected to become accessible to the public is located on Northerly Island, where the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is developing camping areas and accessible paths for visitors.
